The short version
Revenue, not reach. Deals, not DMs. Analytics, not assumptions.
Who you're dealing with
Old money moves.
Founded in 2016. We've spent a decade brokering partnerships between world-class talent and the biggest names in luxury, sport and entertainment: Swiss watchmakers, French fashion houses, Vegas resorts.

What we do
Four ways to win the feed
Content
Rights-cleared, creator-made content for your paid ads and owned channels, from short hooks to full features.
- Hook-first production. The first 1.5 to 3 seconds decide the ad. Every concept ships with 3 to 5 hook variants, because hook swaps are the cheapest iteration lever in paid social.
- Native specs. 9:16 vertical, burned-in captions for sound-off viewing, 20 to 40 second cuts, safe-zone framing for platform UI, modular b-roll so one shoot yields 10+ edit permutations.
- Testing cadence. 6 to 12 variants per concept at launch, kill or scale at statistical signal, refresh monthly. Creative fatigue on TikTok typically lands within 2 to 4 weeks; the library stays ahead of it.
- Full handoff. Raw footage, project files, licensed-music alternates, and cleared usage on every asset.
Creators
Casting, negotiation, and deal management with creators who actually convert for your category.
- Vetting past the follower count. 28-day median views against follower base, saves and shares over raw likes, comment quality, audience geo and age splits from native analytics, and a brand-safety screen on posting history.
- Tier math. Micro creators (10K to 100K) typically clear the highest engagement rates; macros buy reach ceilings. We blend tiers to balance CPM efficiency against scale instead of betting one horse.
- Deal mechanics. Flat plus performance hybrids, usage windows priced separately, exclusivity only when the numbers justify it, and creator payment terms that keep talent answering our calls.
- Pipeline. The Roster, audition inbound, and category-specific outbound, so casting starts from live data, not a stale spreadsheet.
Amplify
Paid social, whitelisting, Spark Ads. We find what works organically, then pour fuel on it.
- Creator-handle delivery. Spark Ads and allowlisting run media through the creator's identity, not the brand account. Native delivery typically wins on CTR and CPM, and the organic comments ride along as compounding social proof.
- Organic signal first. Post, then read 48 to 72 hour velocity: completion rate, shares, saves. Media dollars follow evidence, and post-ID reuse preserves the engagement the asset already earned.
- Structure. Broad targeting with creative as the targeting mechanism, budget consolidated at the campaign level, whitelisted retargeting stacked behind prospecting.
- Measurement. Hook rate (3-second views over impressions), hold rate (15 over 3), CTR, CVR, and CPA guardrails per platform, reported weekly against the creative mix, not buried in a dashboard.
Rights
Usage, licensing, contracts. The boring stuff, handled, so legal never becomes your problem.
- Priced line by line. Every deal specifies channels (organic, paid, owned), territories, term (30, 90, or 365-day windows), edit rights, and whitelisting permission, so you never pay for rights you won't use.
- Disclosure built in. FTC-compliant #ad placement written into every brief per platform norms. No buried hashtags, no exposure.
- Music that clears. Organic-library sounds don't license for paid media; ad cuts ship with commercially cleared tracks so an ad never dies in review.
- Clean chain of title. One signed agreement per asset, renewal alerts before usage windows lapse, perpetuity only when it's intentional.
